As real estate investors ourselves, we’ve experienced firsthand the frustration of a loan process that fell short. On one of our own deals, despite working with an excellent broker, the processor missed key details and lagged in communication.

It made one thing clear - even the best brokers can be held back by processors who don’t deliver.

This experience was the genesis for Prestige Processing, a boutique firm built to meet the standards of discerning brokers.

Susan has spent thousands of hours coordinating complex real estate transactions, along with a background in corporate advertising and marketing. She stays ahead of issues so files keep moving without surprises.

Robert brings decades of experience in operations, marketing, and hospitality, managing properties from single-family homes to commercial buildings to a 53-acre retreat center in Texas. His focus is on delivering a high level of service on every file.
